Twin Wall Polypropylene Transit Cases

A one piece welded Twin Wall Polypropylene transit case with self locking lid and base which is simple to fold down and erect, makes an excellent replacement for traditional disposable cardboard boxes.

Transit Cases can be made from a variety of grades of material depending on size, handling methods and weight loading requirements.

Currently used within a whole range of industries including automotive, food, pharmaceutical and aerospace, these cases are truly multi trip and provide an excellent cost effective, non-fibrous, hygienic packaging case combining strength and flexibility.

Bespoke Component Trays

CPP Industrial Can Produce a full range of bespoke packaging for the storage and transportation of manufactured components. These systems can be designed to to suite the exact requirements of individual customers.

Moulded Bins / Attached Lid Containers (ALC's)

CPP Industrial offer a complete range of euro containers from 3 to 165 litres capacity. Containers are designed to give products stability in transport, while their straight sides and modular sizes simplify stacking and storage, and optimise pallet utilisation.

Attached Lid Containers ALC’s are available in a full range of sizes and can be used in a multitude of applications from pharmaceutical manufacture to retail distribution.

Pallets can be manufacture to both 2 and 4 way entry specifications as well as to standard and bespoke configurations. Heavy-duty specifications for the steel and alloy industry are particular specialty.

For export applications pallets can me made to comply with the latest phytosanitary regulations ISPM15 where the timber components are heat-treated.

Wire Pallets (NestaPal)

Manufactured in the UK from cold drawn mild steel welded mesh, with a configuration of 9 feet, which creates the final pallet construction. Its simple design offers a lightweight, strong, cost effective pallets solution that is suitable for a diverse range of products and applications. As the entire pallet is manufactured from steel all pallets are ISPM compliant, fire retardant and 100% recyclable.

The ability to stack space efficiently means that every stack of pallets contains approximately 120 pallets, which saves on valuable storage space and reduces return transport costs. NestaPal is currently available in standard sizes:

1200mm x 1000mm
1200mm x 800mm

Custom sizes are easily catered for upon request.

Bulk Storage Systems

WirePal Pallet & Sleeve System

Wirepal, developed to satisfy the growing demand for cost effective, multi trip environmentally friendly packaging solutions. Manufactured in the UK from bright hard drawn mild steel wire, finished with a sealed trivalent coating which makes Wirepal® suitable for use within the pharmaceutical and food industries. The addition of a sleeve, base, and lid can be easily fitted to the pallet to offer customers a cost effective, robust, durable storage system. For the return journey the sleeve is simply collapsed down to an overall height of 200mm irrespective of sleeve height resulting in greatly reduced return transport cost.

The sleeve, base, and lid is manufactured from a choice of recyclable plastic materials ranging from twin Wall Polypropylene through to Foamed Polypropylene.  The Wirepal® pallets and sleeve is currently available in 1200 x 1000mm and 1200 x 800mm as standard but can be manufactured to customers specification.

Innovative Multi Trip Container That Ticks All The Boxes


Folding Large Containers (FLC's)

These single operator, foldable pallet based containers increase transport capacity, product integrity and allow good access to stored goods. They also improve hygiene, working conditions, are fully recyclable, and all components are individually replaceable if damaged.

The FLC’s stack six high in a 2-metre stack when folded; have 4 way entry pallet bases and a constant low tare weight (62 KG or 57 KG dependant on size.

These units are available new and second hand.
