NestaPal is UK manufactured from bright, hard drawn mild steel and is available to standard and non-standard specifications. A range of finishes are available, from self-colour for one-trip applications, through to zinc plating for the pharmaceutical and food industry.

Outstanding features are its low cost compared to its strength and its nesting feature, allowing 82 pallets to be stacked 1.0M high. NestaPal is space saving making it cost effective to return and reuse ultimately reducing overall packaging spends and your carbon footprint.

CPP Industrial Packaging Ltd have developed the Wirepal pallet and sleeve to meet the growing demand for cost effective, multi trip, environmentally friendly Packaging solutions.

The Wirepal pallet is manufactured in the UK from bright, hard drawn mild steel wire, coated with sealed trivalent zinc which makes the Wirepal suitable for use within the pharmaceutical and food industries.

The addition of a sleeve, base and lid can be easily fitted to the pallet to offer customers a cost effective, robust, durable storage system. For the return journey the sleeve is simply collapsed down to an overall height of 200mm irrespective of sleeve height resulting in greatly reduced return transport cost.

The sleeve, base and lid is manufactured from a choice of recyclable plastic materials range from Twin Wall Polypropylene through to Foamed Polypropylene.

The Wirepal pallet and sleeve system is currently available in 1200 x 1000mm and 1200 x 800mm as standards but can be manufactured to custom specifications.
